All cancellations MUST be done through your Wellness Living / Champs App account.  If you cancel before the 5 hour mark, you will not be charged for the class.  If it is less than 5 hours a class will be deducted from your account.  

Any unlimited or monthly packages will be charged $15+GST to the card on file or in person the next time you visit the studio, as stated in our waivers. 

Champs reserves the right to cancel a scheduled class 2 hours prior.
